NONVIOLENCE AT HOME

In addition to my activist work, I have also spent much of my time working in programs to help people, especially men, learn the skills and attitudes of nonviolence. Much of this work has been in New York State prisons where I have volunteered for 10 years with the Alternatives to Violence Project. I have also facilitated educational classes for two programs which work with men who have been violent to their wives and/or girlfriends.
